I’m always looking for new ways to jazz up my oatmeal. I prefer hot oatmeal over cold oatmeal but I have been trying some new overnight oatmeal recipes lately. When the weather gets warm they last thing you want to eat is hot oatmeal, so overnight oats are perfect for the warmer months! This recipe is like your favorite sandwich-PB and J. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!!
- 1 packet of instant oatmeal
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
- drizzle of honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp of strawberry jam
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- 1 scoop of protein powder-vanilla
- Mix everything together and store overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning stir (if it’s too thick for you, you can add a bit of milk to thin it out) and top with 1 cup of strawberries.
