This is a great granola recipe that everyone will love! Eat it with a bowl of milk, sprinkle it on your yogurt, or heck, mix it with some ice cream.
Store it in an airtight container when it is cool and it will last up to 2 weeks.
Coconut Ginger Granola

4 cups oats
½ cup oat/wheat bran
1 cup shredded coconut flakes
4 Tblsp flax seed
3 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp allspice
½ cup ginger simple syrup

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix
- Add ginger simple syrup and mix well with a small spatula
- Put onto a 13X9 in pan and spread out as much as possible, and put into the oven
- After 10-15 minutes, remove from oven
- Using the spatula, move the mixture around, turning it as much as possible
- Drizzle honey across the pan (a honey bear works great) and put back into the oven
- Bake for another 20 minutes, remove and stir again, add more honey if desired
- Bake for another 10 minutes
