PB and J Overnight Oats

We love to hear about what everybody is creating in their kitchens at home! This recipe comes from Lisa Holtan, a personal trainer, and blogger at personaltrainingwithlisa.com. On her website, you can find out some great information on fitness and nutrition. Thanks, Lisa!

I’m always looking for new ways to jazz up my oatmeal.  I prefer hot oatmeal over cold oatmeal but I have been trying some new overnight oatmeal recipes lately.  When the weather gets warm they last thing you want to eat is hot oatmeal, so overnight oats are perfect for the warmer months!  This recipe is like your favorite sandwich-PB and J.  I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!!
