Garlic Flatbread

I have been so happy with this recipe for Garlic Flatbread. It requires no yeast, and it is so easy to follow! Use it for your next curry dish, as a wrap, or try it in place of a brat/hot dog bun!

Use this flatbread for curry dishes, wraps, or just a snack!

Serves: 8-12 pieces
Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ghost pepper-infused salt
  • Herbs de Provence (or any dry herbs that you would like)
  • 6 Tblsp Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Tblsp olive oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • olive oil
Directions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl
  2. Make a well and add the yogurt, oil, milk, and garlic, stir until combined
  3. Knead until not sticky, adding flour as needed
  4. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes
  5. Flour a smooth service and roll out small balls of dough
  6. Using a rolling pin, roll out the balls of dough flat to your preferred thickness
  7. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and fry about 2 minutes on each side on medium heat
