Asian Salad Dressing

 

Making a homemade salad dressing can be simple and absolutely delicious!  We make our dressing half of a cup at a time for freshness. This dressing is great for salads, pasta, or as a marinade for chicken!

The recipe is in Tablespoons but can be substituted with a larger size to yield more dressing. If you need any help with substitutions or conversions, let us know!

This asian salad dressing is perfect to zest up your summer salads, whether they be pasta based or leaf based! Try it as a chicken marinade!

Ingredients

  • 1 large clove of garlic or 3 small cloves minced or pressed

  • 2 T Olive Oil

  • 1 T toasted sesame oil

  • 2 T apple cider vinegar

  • 2 T Liquid Aminos

  • 1 T Lemon/Lime juice

  • ½ T Honey

  • grated or minced ginger to taste

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into a sealed container, a mason jar works well, and shake!
  • Toss with salad of choice and top with sesame seeds
  • Eat and enjoy!
